It's hard for me to be impressed when I see the distant low quality LOD objects and speculate about the level of dynamic interactivity with the actual world itself and the NPCs.

If you're looking for something to play on your PS4 you can't go wrong with this I think, the studio behind it is very talented and they have many years of experience under their belt. It's hard to explain the charm of the series, I think it's something you need to experience yourself. The travel system in Second Son looks like it's even faster and better so I'm excited for that. Getting around the city as a conduit is really fun too, in inFAMOUS 2 you'd use tram lines and electrical wires to do most of your traveling and to me it felt more fun than what most open world games offer. There are so many ways of approaching enemies with the different skills and specializations, and the game rewards you for being creative by offering you more experience if you do tricks with your powers. Once you start getting used to super powers it's so rewarding, especially on the higher difficulty. I was never interested in inFAMOUS either, I ignored 1 and 2 for years until I finally bought the combo pack a few months ago, 1 was kinda buggy and looked depressing, but 2 was the most fun I've had with a game for a long time.
